I was in contact with Eric to get 2 vents put in my basement, Eric reached out with quote estimate and was in contact the whole through the finish line. The folks who came to do the work, take pride and provided excellent and professional services. And let me tell you, when I say they will get you on the schedule, they will when they can and it can be next day. 10/10, I wish I could give more stars.

I do not generally leave reviews but the great experience I had with Air Tech Pro deserves a 5 star. From the ownership Eric & Rafael to the skilled installers have made me very happy with the end results. I have a six month old air handler with an ecm motor that was installed by another hvac co to my existing undersized duct work. Because the return duct work, supply vents and grills were undersized it created a lot of air noise from the supply vents and a very annoying hum coming from the air handler ecm blower. The previous installer of the air handler really didn't want to deal with it, they tried a quick fix that did not work, so I decide to go elsewhere. After some research online I contacted Air Tech Pro. Rafael came to my home to evaluate my system and confirmed my vent system was well undersized. They designed, modified the plenum and all the return ducts, supply branch ducts with new boots with larger grills. Also they enlarged the 3 main return cutouts and grills in the floor to a larger size. The result is now the air handler is not being choked for air and not struggling anymore to pass air through the system causing the ecm blower to rev up very high to a loud hum. Now there is no noise coming from the supply vents. After Eric adjusted the speed settings on the blower there is NO more annoying HUM! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and very professional. I will add I thought the price was very reasonable. I can now enjoy my nice cool or warm home without all the annoying noise. I now have a custom properly sized duct system matched to my air handler. Eric came out for an issue with our system and was great to deal with. He really tried to get the old unit running again before recommending anything else, which I appreciated. He explained what was going on, answered our questions, and got the house comfortable again for now. I highly recommend Air Tech Pro. From the beginning, Eric and his team have been fantastic. Eric accomodated our schedule. He was always easy to contact and responded quickly. He came up with a great solution to our challenges-- converting a boiler with baseboard heating to a new heat pump system. He put heat pump to air ducts in the basement to service the first floor and then individual minispits in the second floor. We had wanted the outside units to be all on the same side of the home-- so he supplied one side of the upstairs house by going through the basement. He adjusted the units outside for aesthetics. This was all completed last fall on time. The Samsung system worked beautifully heating the home this past very cold winter. And we like the Samsung Smart Things app. In addition, Eric replaced our water heater with a Rheem heat pump water heater which has work perfectly and has several energy modes (vacation, efficient, rapid use) with on online app of its own. First, if it were possible, we would give Air Tech Pro a 10 rating. We were having problems with our thermostat. After reading their great reviews online, we called Air Tech Pro. Eric was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. After checking our old thermostat, Eric recommended, and we agreed, that it needed to be replaced. He brought in 3 thermostat models and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. He installed the selected unit, entered the settings for us on the app and showed us how it worked. We were so impressed with Eric's service and business ethics that we signed up for an annual maintenance agreement for our HVAC system. We feel confident that our HVAC needs will be taken care of going forward. Our 2nd Maintenance visit was scheduled today. Eric and his trainee were punctual, professional, efficient and friendly. It is always a pleasure to interact with Eric when he is here on business. The Maintenance plan is a great value.

Says the company is 24 hours. Called, left information with the robot told us to await a technician call. Eventually got a text with a link to “speed the process,” which asked for our card, charged it immediately, did not speed the process. Almost 12 hours later, no call from a technician STILL, no human on the phone, emailed for a refund which was processed still without human contact. Could not recommend this company less.

Eric and his team are amazing. Had an AC system replaced. Great communication from first quote to job completion. They have replaced the systems for 2 of the 3 zones and I would definitely use them for the final zone.

Trying to make an appointment and they want my credit card to pay for the service call, BEFORE I've even scheduled the appointment. So I closed the online order and their AI bot texted me saying they never ask for payment to schedule upfront. YES, you just did. Next I got an email titled Urgent Action Needed and it stated that I did not make my payment and if I didn't do it soon I would lose my reservation. Lol what reservation. Hopefully the next company has people to talk to and they are more customer oriented.
