Eric and his team were excellent. From the first time I called him until the very end when he helped me with the rebate paperwork.He was a great communicator, met the deadlines he set, and executed quickly on high-quality installation for our two heat pumps at our two-family property.Would recommend him to friends and family and will use Eric again in the future!
It has been 2 years since Air Tech installed several systems in my house and the systems have been great!They installed complete systems upstairs (gas furnace, AC and ductwork) and downstairs (replaced gas furnace and installed new AC unit).Systems work well and the house is a lot more comfortable.I would certainly call them again for future work.

Eric is very friendly and easy to work with. I had a non-functioning boiler removed, a water heater replaced, and heat pumps installed. His team works like a well-oiled machine. He went above and beyond to ensure we had heat on a below freezing night. He also helped me find a wonderful electrician to complete that part of the job. I would definitely use this company again and would refer it to a friend.

Air Tech Pro is very well managed, with a well trained staff of HVAC technicians who worked diligently on our project to get it done. Their endurance was amazing in spite of the intense heat in our attic where the system was installed. I recommend them without reservation.

Eric and Co are excellent. We needed a new central AC unit because the contractor who built our house cheaped out and it only lasted 8 years. Eric installed a new AC unit and a new heating unit in a 12 + hour period. Eric's services were reasonably priced and his disposition is excellent. He responds promptly if there is an issue and is always reachable. I would highly recommend Eric and Co for any HVAC needs.
Called to schedule a HVAC service, was told they would get back to me when a tech was available. I called back several times over the next 3 weeks and each time was told the entire team was on training and couldn't provide a timeline for when I could expect a call. Never received a call back
Contacted company hoping to have service scheduled for following week. Surprised to find technician ready and able to respond in 30 minutes. Tech was on time, courteous, and explained repair needed and had supplies to take care same day.

They rescued us during the heatwave of August 2022! I called 7 places until I found them, willing to come asap, and not sometime in September. I loved that they kept in touch, either calling or texting to update us on the status of the replacement part. And they were determined to help us, coming late after dark to fix our AC. Iβd highly recommend them! Job well done!

Can't say enough good things. My furnace died and my central air would not come on and Eric came out not even a few hours after I called. They had to replace some parts and had the air back on and running in no time. They were awesome and went over everything with me and answered any questions I had. Super polite, professional and friendly. Price was extremely fair and they were knowledgeable and knew just what to do so I feel confident in the repair. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC needs and would highly recommend to anyone.

I dont recall the names of the maintenance individuals who came today, but I mistake say they were very courteous, informative, and knowledgeable today. Your company has two great individuals working for them.
First of all, when Eric answered the phone he was personable and polite. When I explained what seemed like a simple issue and he realized I was pretty handy, he tried to fix it with me over the phone instead of charging me for a visit. When that didn't work, he was responsive and on time. He found and fixed the issue quickly, explained everything and again, did it all with a smile. Great service!!!

I recently had an issue with my Ac unit, Eric was able to fit me in to his schedule even though I reached out to AirTech Pro at the last min. He came to our home and found my issue with in no time, and had, the parts to fix the unit, for a great price, He also gave me some great advice on what to do keep my system running efficiently all year long. The unit you recommended to us and installed, is an awesome product! after all the pushing and pulling it ends up getting done perfectly. I also have to say your men were very professional and clean and polite. We very very happy especially with the one on one tutoring for Kumo cloud. We look forward Hearing more about the arctic blanket for the AC unit for the winter time to help conserve more of the heat so when you do get that product let us know !
We are so pleased with this company. Eric is awesome and very knowledgeable about all the products they have to offer. He took the time to go over everything with us and answered all of our questions. In the days that followed, he answered his phone everytime we called with questions and if he didn't answer he called you right back. Eric even came out on Memorial Day to do the final hook up because it was going to be hot and humid. Now that is excellent customer service! The crew didn't leave a mess with the removal or the installation and the electrician that came was fantastic. We are extremely pleased withtheir service, just the best all around customer service we ever had. Air Tech Pro are the ones to call for you heating and cooling needs!
