Air Tech Pro is fantastic. Eric fixed our mini-splits after another company couldn't find anything wrong. He methodically went through the system, testing different things, until he figured out the problem. And he explained things as he went. Air Tech Pro is going to be our go-to company for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on.
I scheduled a tune up with Air Tech Pro for my central air unit, and they were quick to return my call and set up an appointment. However, when the service tech arrived at my house, all he did was look at my units and suggest upgrades. There was no cleaning, opening units to see inside, or checking for clogs in the drainage lines. It cost me almost $200 for what amounted to a 15 minute cursory look at my units, and verbal reassurance that my units were fine.4 days later, I found my upstairs unit leaking into my ceiling, causing water damage. I called another company (Superior Comfort), and they were shocked that Air Tech Pro didn't identify the clog in my drain pipe. Apparently, this is an extremely common issue that requires minimal work to identify and fix for an HVAC company. They also told me that it is something every tune up should involve. Thankfully, Superior Comfort facetimed with me FREE OF CHARGE and walked me through the cleanup and unclogging process.When I called Air Tech Pro back, they insisted that their tune up is only an inspection, and does not involve any cleaning or minor maintenance, and they don't check pipes for clogs. So obviously, no refund and no follow up to help me address the issue.So while Air Tech Pro was quick to respond and friendly when here, their "tune up" service leaves an incredible amount to be desired. Had I chosen a different company, my clog would have been identified and fixed before my house sustained water damage. And I wouldn't have paid $200 for a visitor to quickly glance at my central air system. Now I need to pay for an actual tune up, as well as replacing insulation and drywall in my home.Extremely disappointing.

As a technician and owner of this company, I do everything possible to provide my customers with excellence at all times.I spent 32 minutes at your house, as confirmed by my GPS tracker, and I have pictures to prove the work that was done that day. You called for service on the first-floor unit, and when I mentioned that the $199 service fee is per system, I offered to check it for you at no additional cost. I then proceeded to inspect the second-floor system. I noticed that the air register was closed, and I explained to you the potential issues this could cause for the system. Upon opening the unit, I found the drain full of mold and dust. I asked when you last replaced the air filter, and you said it was that day. I informed you about our drain cleaning services, which you refused, and also offered you an iWaive air cleaning device, which you also declined.Afterward, we inspected the first-floor unit. I took pictures and observed that the unit and condensate pump were filled with dust, mold, and various debris. I explained to you how you could improve the usage of the equipment. Both condensers were in poor condition, with functional distribution centers filled with mice excrement. I suggested electronic component replacement due to the potential for failure in their current condition. I offered you a great discount, which you also refused, stating that I would not touch the condensers due to the likelihood of part failure.If you were so sure in your review, why didnβt you use your real name and contact me directly? I would have done the work for free if you had only asked. Your attempt to damage our reputation, despite being advised on potential issues and having clear evidence to the contrary, is perplexing. I appreciate that you have contacted my friends at Superior HVAC, and I hope you learn from this situation. These units need regular maintenance, and fees will be charged by any company you call for service.I personally regret the situation and will reimburse the $199 that I charged for my services. I also advise you to consider removing your inaccurate review. God bless you.
Highly recommended! Amazing! From the initial phone call, I knew we had the right company. Eric arrived less than two hours after I called. Our Central A/C went down in this 90 degree weather! My Mom is 91 and we have 4 dogs who were all suffering. He had us up and running within 1 hour. Thank you very much!

Eric and his team were excellent. From the first time I called him until the very end when he helped me with the rebate paperwork.He was a great communicator, met the deadlines he set, and executed quickly on high-quality installation for our two heat pumps at our two-family property.Would recommend him to friends and family and will use Eric again in the future!

It has been 2 years since Air Tech installed several systems in my house and the systems have been great!They installed complete systems upstairs (gas furnace, AC and ductwork) and downstairs (replaced gas furnace and installed new AC unit).Systems work well and the house is a lot more comfortable.I would certainly call them again for future work.

Eric is very friendly and easy to work with. I had a non-functioning boiler removed, a water heater replaced, and heat pumps installed. His team works like a well-oiled machine. He went above and beyond to ensure we had heat on a below freezing night. He also helped me find a wonderful electrician to complete that part of the job. I would definitely use this company again and would refer it to a friend.

Eric and Co are excellent. We needed a new central AC unit because the contractor who built our house cheaped out and it only lasted 8 years. Eric installed a new AC unit and a new heating unit in a 12 + hour period. Eric's services were reasonably priced and his disposition is excellent. He responds promptly if there is an issue and is always reachable. I would highly recommend Eric and Co for any HVAC needs.
Called to schedule a HVAC service, was told they would get back to me when a tech was available. I called back several times over the next 3 weeks and each time was told the entire team was on training and couldn't provide a timeline for when I could expect a call. Never received a call back
Contacted company hoping to have service scheduled for following week. Surprised to find technician ready and able to respond in 30 minutes. Tech was on time, courteous, and explained repair needed and had supplies to take care same day.

They rescued us during the heatwave of August 2022! I called 7 places until I found them, willing to come asap, and not sometime in September. I loved that they kept in touch, either calling or texting to update us on the status of the replacement part. And they were determined to help us, coming late after dark to fix our AC. Iβd highly recommend them! Job well done!

Can't say enough good things. My furnace died and my central air would not come on and Eric came out not even a few hours after I called. They had to replace some parts and had the air back on and running in no time. They were awesome and went over everything with me and answered any questions I had. Super polite, professional and friendly. Price was extremely fair and they were knowledgeable and knew just what to do so I feel confident in the repair. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC needs and would highly recommend to anyone.
