Says the company is 24 hours. Called, left information with the robot told us to await a technician call. Eventually got a text with a link to “speed the process,” which asked for our card, charged it immediately, did not speed the process. Almost 12 hours later, no call from a technician STILL, no human on the phone, emailed for a refund which was processed still without human contact. Could not recommend this company less.

Eric and his team are amazing. Had an AC system replaced. Great communication from first quote to job completion. They have replaced the systems for 2 of the 3 zones and I would definitely use them for the final zone.

Trying to make an appointment and they want my credit card to pay for the service call, BEFORE I've even scheduled the appointment. So I closed the online order and their AI bot texted me saying they never ask for payment to schedule upfront. YES, you just did. Next I got an email titled Urgent Action Needed and it stated that I did not make my payment and if I didn't do it soon I would lose my reservation. Lol what reservation.
Hopefully the next company has people to talk to and they are more customer oriented.

They installed a new hood range vent in my kitchen, vented it outside. Super super satisfied with it.

Had a new 2-head Mitsu system installed to replace an older unit. Richard, Ludsvin, Eric, and a few other great folks that i did not get names for, did a great professional looking job, and even helped us through an issue caused by the earlier install. Based on this first experience, i would recommend!

Eric was fantastic. We’ve had him out to our house multiple times over the years and he has always been trustworthy. The company is prompt and the pricing is competitive.

We had to turn off our A/C because the condensation was leaking. Eric made a house call the next morning to assess the problem, which was a clogged condensation drain pipe. The solution was to replace the drain pipe and re-route it to drain where our washer drains.
Eric worked with us to find an appt time that fit both our schedules. He sent a team of 3 technicians to make the repair. This team was amazing! . The unit is located in an attic space, which was very hot that day. They worked together well without complaint. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and were able to successfully make the repair. Eric came to inspect the job and to test the drainage when the A/C was turned on.
We cannot praise Eric and his team enough! We highly recommend AirTech Pro for your HVAC servicing!

Excellent service, I called Airtech Pro because my central air was damaged, they came and installed a new unit in one day, Airtech has an excellent team of very friendly and professional workers.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Furnace died last week on a very cold night- I left a message in the middle of the night and first thing Friday morning I heard back from Alejandro who rearranged some scheduling to get us taken care of quickly. Eric was at my house an hour later. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He thoroughly explained how poorly my previous furnace was installed, causing the current problem. He fixed that waterlogged dead component same-day to get us warm again, then we had Air Tech come back out a few days later for a complete new furnace with upgraded ductwork and venting that is actually up to code. His crew are respectful and professional. The new furnace is about 1000X quieter than the old one which was only 10 years old. We couldn't be happier with the end results or the process from top to bottom. I can't recommend these guys enough, they do great work.

It has been 2 years since Air Tech installed several systems in my house and the systems have been great!

They installed complete systems upstairs (gas furnace, AC and ductwork) and downstairs (replaced gas furnace and installed new AC unit).

Systems work well and the house is a lot more comfortable.

I would certainly call them again for future work.

Eric is very friendly and easy to work with. I had a non-functioning boiler removed, a water heater replaced, and heat pumps installed. His team works like a well-oiled machine. He went above and beyond to ensure we had heat on a below freezing night. He also helped me find a wonderful electrician to complete that part of the job.
