I loved that they kept in touch, either calling or texting to update us on the status of the replacement part. And they were determined to help us, coming late after dark to fix our AC. Eric installed a new AC unit and a new heating unit in a 12 + hour period. Eric's services were reasonably priced and his disposition is excellent.
